Andrea Montgomery is the owner of Sole Tranquility Reflexology and Integrative therapies. She is a nationally certified and licensed foot reflexologist in NH as well as licensed massage therapist. Andrea began her reflexology training at the Palmer Institute in Salem MA in 2001 under Laura Aho. She has training with many leading experts in the field of reflexology and incorporates many styles of reflexology in her practice. Andrea has advanced clinical training and experience in oncology massage and Reflexology, hospice, and palliative care.
In addition to having a private practice, Andrea provides reflexology at expos, events, and for employee wellness. Andrea has been a subcontractor with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Insurance Company and has provide reflexology to their corporate clientele since 2013. Andrea has provided reflexology, in local hospital infusion rooms as well as to those with developmental disabilities in state and private residential homes since 2004. Judi Scalley is licensed & certified in both Massage Therapy and Reflexology with a BS in Computer Information Systems and MS in Adult Corp Training from Suffolk University, Boston, MA. The Palmer Institute for Massage & Bodywork started her career where she achieved her National Certification of Reflexology from the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) in 2003 and is a member of ABMP, RAA, and Treasurer of the Reflexology Association of New Hampshire (RANH).
She is the owner of Relax and Renew Bodyworks in Whitefield, NH where she is passionate about reducing stress for women with integrated bodywork with energy Remedial Massage, Structural Reflexology®, Craniosacral Therapy, as well as stress-reducing products to increase optimal health. Sharon is the owner of Healing Balance Reiki & Reflexology, based in Litchfield NH. She received her reflexology training from Elysia Bates at All That Matters in South Kingston, RI, and became certified in August 2019, receiving national certification in August 2020. Sharon has been practicing Reiki since 2015 and became a Reiki Master Teacher in May 2020. She is also certified in Animal Reiki. Recently, Sharon gained certification in Acutonics © Sound Healing.
Sharon is available to see clients at various locations, including her home in Litchfield, NH, New Dimensions Wellness Center and Quantum Healing Center of NH, both located in Concord, NH, and Bliss Beauty Bar in Londonderry, NH.
In addition to her work at her practice, Sharon volunteers her time at Brigid’s House of Hope and the cancer center at Elliot Hospital, where she provides reiki and reflexology services.
Sharon spends time with her two grandchildren when she's not helping her clients find balance and healing. Despite her busy schedule, she always makes sure to prioritize them.

Alisha graduated Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with a degree in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology with certifications in reflexology, aromatherapy, Master Toe Reading®. Double Board Certified & Nationally Licensed Reflexologist (2016 Foot & 2021 Hand).
In 2016, Alisha was an instrumental part in reforming RANH and enjoys connecting with each member and organizing events as Vice President. The committees she is most passionate about is Education & Membership.
She has a thriving private practice under Alternative Route to Wellness in Hampstead, NH and mentors others who are interested in becoming reflexologists. Her approach can be Structural, Spiritual, or Mind-Body.
